Autumn is in full swing, and leaves aren't the only things we are seeing fall. Week-over-week we see there have been adjustments in the ranks of conventional investor market share. Wells is still strong at the top holding 38% of the market share with PennyMac in second place with 17%. But below first and second, every other position had a shift this week. The biggest swing we are seeing is between 3rd and 4th place where Bayview overtook Chase in the rankings with Bayview increasing their $ Volume by 29%! In addition AmeriHome fell to the 6th place spot losing 56% $ Volume week-over-week. We also welcome First National and US Bank back into the mix coming in at 7th and 8th place respectively taking about 3% each of the market share.
